And the one and only Marilyn in her fabulous Dior backless gown, wow!
Marilyn Monroe by Bert Stern from 1962. The back of this dress plunges in the back like mine, so now I can pin point the year it was made from the late 50s to early 60s. Mine has a different cut and a lot tighter more of a wiggle dress compared to her Dior gown. It has a large satin bow with a plunging back or backless similar to hers, so glamourous.I think she would have loved to wear a dress like this, definitely her style.
Here's Dree Hemingway in a reproduction of Monroe's 1962 Dior black gown. It's not the same dress, but such an inspiration very pretty indeed.

My Vintage Vogue a Great Site!!! Here's some information about this great collector. "I started collecting fashion images in the second grade and I guess I've never stopped. I love all that is vintage but I would have to say the 40's & 50's especially. I wanted so much to share with others these amazing images I hope they inspire you as they do me." http://myvintagevogue.com/
