Here's a 1960s scarlet red jacquard floral print dress. It has a full pleated skirt bottom, sleeveless bodice, and a back hidden nylon zipper. It does not have a label nor washing instruction. The inner zipper has a a stamp on it with "do not iron", but that's all I can go by. It is made very well. I paired it up with a vintage sweater and added my trusty belt, looks great.
Here's the measurements:-
bust 34-36
waist 28
hips full
length 38
rib-cage 30 small

Emma Domb for the Holidays.
Note to self... If the black and gold one does not sell before the holidays, I am going to wear it to the Brian Setzer concert, hehe. I just love my vintage closet I have soooooo much to choose from since I'm a vintage dealer. These dresses are both available now on my Etsy shop , my personal website or just Google Todressvintage and there you go. Sorry I can't model the antique white gown, the size it too small for me. I do have photos of me in the other dress. Its about a medium, but I have it pinned to me. My husband took photos of me in the dress, that was a fun afternoon. I just like to have fun with my vintage.

I"m just nuts about Dita's skirt.
If anyone knows me personally, then they are aware of how much I adore squirrels. Fall is a time for falling leaves, colder nights and yes, squirrels. They are always in my backyard playing and hiding their nuts in my planters. My kitties love to watch them from the windows, they delight them when they run from rooftop to rooftop chasing each other , they are so sweet.
When I saw what Dita Von Teese wore to the Vintage Fashion Expo in Los Angeles, it made me so minwendam( happy). She wore a fun applique squirrel skirt, it was darling on her. The skirt is designed by Dolce Gabbana - a blue brocade pencil skirt with two large applique squirrels holding their nuts towards each other, while resting on a tree branch. I just love her skirt! I found a skirt like Dita's ,but this one was shorter and had an a-line cut. The ebay seller wanted $ 2,399 with $5.00 shipping,no one bought this skirt however, it was reported lost. Oh , how sad. I went online to the Dolce Gabbana website and found a black blouse with a huge squirrel on the chest, it has sold out too.
Well, I guess after all these years, squirrels are trendy. I must find all my vintage squirrel pins and wear them with my 1950s 49er jacket, the perfect fall look for me. I try not to be too trendy. Here's Dita at her vintage booth, she has lovely things.

A Touch of Mink I Think?
Here's a cute late 1950s to early 1960s cobalt blue winter coat that I will be listing in a jiffy. Measurements and info coming soon. I fit it perfectly with my wide shoulders and I'm a size medium. It looks nice belted for a fitted style. The only flaw I located is that the button is safety pinned to the coat. The fur could be mink, but I'm not too sure. It's definitely not rabbit or fox. . The label reads- Stevens Hokanum fabric Montera. It is a wool blend- fully lined in blue satin, it has its original label and union tag. Needs to be dry cleaned and the collar needs extra care from a furrier. I will not touch it with my steamer because it might damage the fur. I was told that it can be cleaned with cornmeal to remove the oiliness and smells, which is a good to kno
A classic coat for this coming fall/winter.
Looks great belted, just add some 1950s gloves , a classic purse and you're set.

My Three Lilli Ann suits coming soon....
Now that summer is nearly over with even though it is about 67 degrees here in the Puget Sound area, I'm in the mood for Autumn already. I had my Pumpkin spice latte last week, which I felt like the cold weather will be here soon, so I might as well have one early. I decided to blog my fall Lilli Anns here since I have blogged them on my Shopify blog already, so I will be listing them soon. Here are the two 50s/ 60s Lilli Anns and a late 60s Knit Lilli Ann coat set. I'm taking all of these suits to the dry cleaners this coming week so they will be posted with descriptions and condition. If my seamstress has time this week I hope to get my fur collared Lilli Ann fixed. I noticed that it has a few holes on the sleeves, looks like someone might have displayed it on a wall or something, the holes are too perfectly aligned or a very talented moth, hehe. The blue plaid suit is in great condition only discoloration on the underarms, no odors or tears. The 60s mod dress and coat needs some work. The dress has some light stains could be bleached out. The coat has a small tear , the owner must have pinned a heavy brooch or something to the lapel. I did notice when trying it on the lining is coming loose, not bad but will need to be repaired. Again I will have these all listed after fully repaired and dry cleaned.
